Have you seen the Green Lantern one? I'm on the fence about that. Stuck the Batman one in my queue.
I've seen it. It's ok, but then I thought the Wonder Woman one was just ok too. I really liked Justice League: New Frontier though if you haven't seen that one.
Ha ha, and when it's gone, brother, it's GONE. Seriously tho, why hasn't he joined it already? His Terminator/True Lies days are over. He's possibly doing TWO Avatar sequels. Game over, man.
Tim Burton is really relying too much on being effin' weird. Sorry buster, that doesn't replace a piss-poor story and characters.
With Cameron I think it is just because it's been so long since I saw a movie directed by him. The last one was Titanic. And I tend to give a director a pass on one movie I didn't like. I'm sure the next Avatar movie will be worse then this one and then he'll be on the list at that point.
Burton's pass was Mars Attacks. I hated it! Loathed it! But then Sleepy Hollow came out and I really liked it. So I thought all was well in the world, but nooooooo then came Planet of the Apes, then Sweeny Todd, and now Alice in Wonderland. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was ok, just ok.
Lucas' pass was The Phantom Menace, Then Attack of the Clones happened, then Revenge, then IJ and KOTCS. Lucas would have to do a lot to get off the list at this point. It was just one suck after another, and he had more to live up to then say Burton or Cameron did.
Spielberg's pass was A.I. But then came Minority Report, War of the Worlds, and KOTCS. Spielberg isn't in as deep as Lucas because he had a few good ones in there too like Saving Pirvate Ryan, and Catch Me if you Can. Course KOTCS was so bad he might not ever get off the list either.
