I feel like my time to play those games has long since passed. Also, I have never forgiven EA for killing Sims Social on Facebook. That shit was my jam. I had multiple homes all cutely decorated. How dare they. It's nearly been 13 years since they axed that game. Never forgive.

For as famous as Fornite is, I've never played it and actually don't know exactly what kind of game it is. Just that you can get a Kim K skin with a big ass.

I'm tempted to get a Switch 2 for the new Fire Emblem but, meh, will I really have time to play it if I did? Probably not.

Speaking of turn-based tactical games, I just finished Zero Company and it's easily the best thing I've played this year, unless I'm forgetting something. Best St*r WarzzZZ thing I've engaged with in years, that's for damn sure.

With Fire Emblem: Awakening. Then when Heroes came along and Nintendo was making huge mint from fans desperate to gacha-farm their waifus and husbandos in swimsuits and shit, there was no coming back.

I actually haven't played anything other than the three GBA games. I almost bought a Switch to play Three Houses but then the pandemic made that impossible. I'm kind of glad I didn't. Three Houses can be fun to watch but it looks tedious to play. Then there's Engage, which also looks fun to play but forces you to sit through its weird load times and cringe story with cutscenes so long it puts people's Switches to sleep. I think if I ever play that, it'll have to be on an emulator. Engage has some super-nice mods for it.

This is my problem with modern FE. All the menus and upkeep on loadouts and what have you, I'd just rather not.

I always forget I have that FE x SMT game that came out on Wii U. I barely got anywhere in that, but I feel like I'd be more likely to go back and try that again than ever touch another straight FE title.
