Berserk. Fuck. Last chapter I read was in the early 280s and that was nearly four years ago. And, what, only roughly 30 issues have come out since then? This guy is going to die LONG before he even approaches something resembling an ending. Especially now that Idolmaster 2 is on the horizon ...

Still occasionally watching Dragonball Kai, downloaded some Yu Yu Hakusho due to recently stumbling upon a circle jerk session in-progress. Getting all shounen up in this bitch.

Those are not episodes brah, those are ovas. And the first ones are OK. Never ever watch the last ones. These ovas you have are about the story behind the guy, how he became a rurouni. The last two are of how he ended his days. Terrible since the author ended it at the manga, so those ovas are complete bullshit

Start w/ the first episode of the regular series and, if you like it, finish to the end of the Kyoto arc, then just dump the rest. At the very least, if you don't like the first episodes, see episode 28 that begins the fight of Kenshin vs Hajime Saitou. Saitou~~! ♥ ♥ ♥

oh fuck yeah . I used to have a crush on Saitou (Aoshi was my main husbando though) until I saw how he looked like in real life.
Nuri is right, watch the series first. Stop after the Kyoto arc if you want to follow the manga. What happened is that after the Kyoto arc the author wasnt writing as fast as the guys doing the anime so they started creating "fillers episodes" that sucked SO MUCH that the ratings dropped, taking the series out of tv.

Omg its like going back in time! this used to be my number one series, i even made a webpage about them lol (nerd, i know). It was even on tv, it was THAT good.

Oh, I paid for every bit of mine (literally). Luckily I was able to use that university web-space a year after I graduated until I could finish getting everything ported to my current online domicile. And, yes, it took that long to get the chance to transfer everything to-and-fro over my old dial-up.

Thus all my old crappy web sites live on past the turn of the millennium.

Yep. at least TWICE. And I say at least cause people randomly emailed me telling me about it, who knows if there were other times too.
I thought it was a POS since 1) it was in geocities, and 2) i built it myself, no frontpage or anything. I wrote every little bit of pain in the ass code. It was my pride, and it had EVERYTHING in it, EVERYTHING.

I'm rewatching Basilisk right now. Did four eps of Le Chevalier D'eon and it's okay. I liked it better than Gurren Lagann but I'm in no hurry to bother finishing it if ever. Saw some of the first ep of Mushi-Shi and it seemed decent.

I found D'Eon to be a great show, though not a small bit on the strange side. Then again, given from who it takes inspiration, that's to be expected.

I finished Gunslinger Girl season 2. I like the show enough that I bought the first omnibus (and I did not even know it was a manga, but no reason to be surprised).

Now watching Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig. Wow, that is a mouthful. If you watch this, be sure to stay after the credits for Tachikoma serious business.
