I've had boar before. I've also had pork before maaany maaany times. Tonkotsu ramen is made with delicious pork. My grandfather used to cook me pork chops everytime I would go see him. Now if you'd ask me I prefer pork, since its meat is more tender, soft and juicy. Boar's meat is harder, less tender, less juicier but I guess it depends on how you prepare it. if you overcook it you'll fuck it up, sort of like lamb. They taste kind of the same.

Dude veal is a fucking baby cow. Fortunately I hadn't had any by the time I found out (comically, it was while watching the southpark episode when cartman... was it cartman? found out what it was) so since then I've said, no baby animals (never had any baby animal before either so my conscience is clear). How does that doesn't make sense?

Pate is GOOD SHIT. I actually have some here from Spain, thanks for reminding me.

Also, I found out that @ the african restaurant where I'll soon have kangaroo, they sell ostrich too. Hmmm decisions decisions.

So, just so you understand, veal is a byproduct of selling cows milk. To sell milk, cows have to be lactatating, which means they have to give birth. Male calves are pretty much useless except for the few that are used to impregnate cows. If you're okay with drinking cows milk, you might as well be okay with veal.

And fuck your pate.
