Don't eat before you watch it.  That way you can get up and make yourself a sandwich.
Don't poop either.  That way you can get up and make yourself a poop sandwich.

Oh, and I saw Moon.  Even though I said I wasn't gonna.  It moves a bit too slow for my tastes but it's pretty good.  About what I expected.  Saw the short-film Whistle, too.  I wouldn't mind a more action-oriented take on this concept actually.

And yes Fiero, it sucked balls. It got to the point that I was thinking they looked pathetic (except my gurl Samantha of course). And i LOVE SATC but I'll just stick to the series and pretend the movies never existed.

According the crazy Noth, the press killed the franchise.  It couldn't have possibly been that movie was bad.  Har har.  http://www.digitalspy.com/movies/news/a278473/chris-noth-sex-and-the-city-is-dead.html

Well looks like I won't be seeing Iron Man 2, instead I'll be helping replace an alternator. Yay.

Saw Superman/Batman: Apocalypse.

How many endings did this thing need. I was like "Ok, now it's over. No...ok. Oh I see now it's over...nope...is this it? No...oh alright good."

And how come when a naked lady shows up it's always some guy going "Hey baby! Come on over here" and never a concerned guy going "What happened to your cloths? Are you alright?" It never is. Did like the Supergirl/Darkseid fight. That was boss.

And yeah Darkseids voice sure was weak. Needed someone with some more bass or something. Someone like Tony Todd would have been a good choice.

I liked Public Enemies better then this one.

Eh, it's an adaptation of a Jeph Loeb story. It can only be so much.

Saw and was rocked by Iron Man 2 Tuesday night. Awesome.

I know I've seen something where the man was concerned but the chick was too frightened and ran away or attacked him or something.  Don't remember what it was though.

I'm watching a movie called Psychomania. It's terrible...and so of course I'm enjoying it. It's the right kind of goofy bad that makes it so good. I love Oct. They always show movies like this leading up to Halloween, and I love me some Halloween.

Saw Iron Man 2. Still don't know why Black Widow was even in this flick? Eye Candy? Cause she really wasn't that important. And Shit Tony Stark was unlikeable at the start of this movie. I was actually identifying with Hammer and Whiplash more then Stark. And geez is Don Cheadle like the go to black guy in Hollywood. He doesn't even look like the first guy, other then he is black! Is that like close enough now?

Anyway this thing wasn't nearly as good as the first one...in fact my favorite parts where seeing the Shield Logo, Seeing Cap's shield, and Thor's Hammer.

TOTALLY Avengers setup. Asking why she was there is like asking why Samuel L. Fury was there...though he did service the story by giving Rodimus Stark the Matrix of Chemistship from his dad, Howard Prime, so he could beat Vankotron and destroy Hammercron.

speaking of Thor, that movie is gonna suck...anyway, I finally saw Toy Story 3. Great fucking flick but it seemed kinda pointless. They kinda just retold the second movie. It would have made more sense if this was the second movie.

Stupid me for expecting a character in a movie to actually have something to do with the movie they are in. I don't know what I was thinking.

Yeah, I don't mind linking the universes and setting up an Avengers flick but it was really sloppy here.  The writer/director/whoever was way too focused on showing us the villain and setting up Tony Stark as a drunken, oversexed lout than they were on telling a coherent story.*  Black Widow should have been more immersed in the story and Nick Fury possibly less because he barely seemed to belong.  They should've paid what Terrance Howard wanted to at least bring him back for the sequel.  They could set him up as War Machine and have him fly off into the sunset at the end and frankly we never would have to have seen him again.  Don Cheadle is a good actor and he was far from the worse thing in this movie, but the other guy had more of a spark to him.

*Hollywood has this fricken bug in their craw where they have this urgent need to tell us as much backstory as possible when more times than not it's just not needed or wanted.  I want to see Iron Man... BEING Iron Man.  I mean, the other dude's pissed off because he's crazy and daddy's idea was stolen.  That motivation DID NOT need as much screen time as it got.  "Where's my bird?"  Who gives a fuck about the bird?  Why were they so in love with showing us this damn bird that didn't have anything to do with anything?  If they opened up the film with puking Iron Man, it would have established that he had substance issues without that utterly ridiculous party scene.  And WHY, why did the reporter have to come back to be a sexual punchline?  I not watching a superhero movie for catty bullshit like that.

Also, new Marvel Whiplash >>> than this stupid movie Whiplash.

That Bird shit was all Mickey Rourke's idea. They caved in and let him throw that in, and it was stupid. It's almost as hard to believe that Rourke was physicists in this, as it was that Denise Richards was in "The World Is Not Enough."

Oh, good grief. The bird thing was goofy but was involved in a grand total of three scenes and a few minutes, all told. And Cheadle > Howard any day of the week. Ten minutes of Terrance Howard as Rhodey was more than I could stand. It's like they hired Mike Tyson for the ADR. I agree that Fury shouldn't have had so much face time, either, but they pretty much had to once they decided to make him the guy who hooked Tony up with his fahjah's master plans. Which was hokey as all get out, but still...that was SHIELD's role here.

And I have to say that Tony being a drunken lout IS Iron Man being Iron Man. Though I do get your point and agree that, yeah, we want to see Iron Man beating the crap out of other ferro-people.

Pitch Black. Got this for 4 bucks at Wal-Mart. I'd seen it before, but it has been a long time. I'd forgot so much about it that it was almost like watching it for the first time.

Battlestar Galactica: Razor. Watching this just reminds me how much I miss this show. Caprica just isn't as good and I don't watch that. I also got this four bucks.
