Species and Terminator. I never realized how annoying Forest Whitaker is or how drawn out Terminator (the film, not the character) was.

T2 is FTW. Best of the series, definitely.

The Terminator was decent, but not by any means amazing.

Yeah. Terminator is good. T2 is gold. Everything else doesn't really exist to me. I never bothered with 3, with slutty terminator, no Sarah, John unfortunately recasted, and Claire "hit-or-miss" Danes in it, it didn't interest me. T4 sounds like something else I couldn't care less about. Another John recast, no Arnold, Moon Bloodgood and more people I don't care about directed by McG. I don't know why we have to keep rehashing John anyway. Surely there are other stories in the Terminator universe dying to be told. T4 could've been one of those instead of prequel.

I would like them to do another one, maybe focusing on something like the alternate universe set by T2's alternate ending. John (played by Furlong, I mean, the guy's clean now, right?) is in the midst of his political career or something and we get some more Terminators coming through and raising hell for whatever fucking reason. Linda Hamilton could either be in it or not and there could be more humans or another Terminator to continue the franchise with instead of relying on Arnold and teh story of John.

Or even something based off of that Sarah Connor Chronicles. I didn't see much of it, but it looked like it had potential. Shirley Manson made a good Terminator.

I'd really like them to just start making TSCC again. I loved the fucking show. Thank something that Fringe started that year or I'd be at a loss on what to waste my time doing instead of working.

Anyway...Green Lantern: First Flight. Not bad, I actually kinda liked it. Better then the Wonder Woman one.

And House on Haunted Hill. The Vincent Price one. Got it out of the cheap bad horror bin in the Halloween section of Walgreens. I've seen it, but it's been awhile.

I've been trying to read the Darkest Night stuff from Green Lantern and company, but have not had the fucking time. Am I wasting my money?

This weekend I watched with a friendgirl the following movies while being sick out of my mind: Gojira (original Japanese release), Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, 1984 (with my friend AND my mom), Princess Mononoke, and American Beauty. Also a few eps of Last Exile for my friend who hasn't seen it all, and the horrible episode of SNL featuring Megan Fox.

I also watched a video on my iPhone with the following joke read by a sexy bust showing lady (not word for word):

A man gets home to find his girlfriend infuriated. She says, "I just found out your a pedophile!" The man looks at his girlfriend and says, "That is an awfully big word for a six year old."

No idea. When I read comics I was always a Marvel Man. What I know about the DC Universe I learned from shows like Batman: TAS and JL.

I looked up Whedon on IMDB. He's apparently known for the TV series Dollhouse, Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Serenity, Dr Horrible's Sing Along Blog, Alien 4, and also helped write Toy Story and Titan AE.

Dollhouse I haven't watched, Buffy I barely watched, Angel I barely watched, Firefly I watched half of but thought it was allright, Serenity was a pretty fun movie, Dr. Horrible is just awesome and his best work ever, Alien 4 I've never seen, and I'm actually shocked his pen even touched Toy Story or Titan AE.

That was assy of me not to answer your question. But you may not be wasting your money. The only problem I've had is that there's not been an awful lot of actual story development evident in the first three issues. It's mainly aimed at establishing the horror the DCU's undergoing right now and how hard up they're going to be. But the big-bad has been revealed already (unveiled in November's ish 5), so things should be cranking up fast.

The tie-in books have been pretty good so far (Superman, Batman, Titans, Tales of GLC), so you'll probably want to pick them up at some point. I'm actually downloading them as they come out with plans to buy them the next time I'm in the LCS, probably around the first of next May (when most are down to a dollar per issue).

I have actually got my LCS to hold anything related to Blackest Night because it seemed so interesting to me. You know why? Because of the free comic book day Green Lantern issue they put out. It shows all the different lantern corps or whatever you call them, and lists a bunch of names and what they're about. It sucked me in. And that had 0 story. What the fuck is wrong with me?

Con Air - I forget what a freakin' ham Nick Cage is. This movie would've improved drastically if they shaved 20 minutes off of it.
Lethal Weapon (The first one.)
The Wedding Planner (Schmoo owns this and I was THAT bored) - What a piece of shit but that's pretty much what I expected from it. Not that Matthew McConaughey has ever done anything for me but he looked like an old dyke in this flick. J-Ho and Mc-Cone-a-hay proceed to lead their respective partners on throughout the whole pic like total assholes.
Black Moon Rising - With Tommy Lee Jones and Linda Hamilton. Had seen it before years and years ago.

No, I saw a review of it and that was enough for me. Can it be seen for lulz or is it just not worth it entirely?

I watched a couple flicks for the first time today, the Warriors and the Lost Boys. I liked them both but I liked the Warriors better than the Lost Boys. Either way, the Warriors does not need a remake and the Lost Boys never needed a too-late sequel.

Escape from L.A. was the same exact movie only a lot cornier and not nearly as good.

Anyway I watched The Manster last night. The moral I took away from this movie is that if you are woman and that doesn't understand your guy, doesn't care about any of the things he loves, and only got with him in hopes of changing him into what you wanted. Then you get your man back at the end of the film. If you are a woman that shares his interests, accepts him for who he is, and even sticks by him while he is slowly being turned into a two-headed monster. Well your ass gets thrown into a volcano. But it was the 50s, what you gonna do?

I used to live by the Lost Boys. But its not as good now as it was then. The Warriors is fan-fucking-tastic. I also enjoyed the video game released a few years ago.
