Well Quiet Riot for one. The song was orginally by a band called Slade. Quiet Riot also covered Slade's
"Mama Weer All Crazee Now" which one line of that song is actually in the Oasis Cover.

Well it's Liam, so it's going to sound like Liam. But actually it has about the time and measure. It's not really "Mellow", but pretty much the same as the Riot version only less "Hair" and more "Britpop". If I has any chance of uploading it at all on my connection I'd zip and send you the MP3.

Apparently Oasis’ Noel Gallagher is selling his Ibiza holiday home – because he can’t stand to live near James Blunt, who owns a nearby pad, anymore.

According to The Sun’s Bizarre column, Gallagher has put the £5.5million villa on the market, saying that he can’t stand living there in the knowledge that Blunt is nearby making terrible music.

The newspaper quotes an anonymous source as saying: “Noel has been going to Ibiza every summer for years. But he’s fed up of hearing James Blunt bang on about Ibiza like he owns the place.

“It’s taken the charm out of it for him so he’s put his villa up for sale. It’s close to Blunt’s place, and he [Gallagher] says he can’t stand the thought of Blunt writing crap tunes up the road.”

Gallagher bought the property for £2.5 million in 1999 from Mike Oldfield.

I think Mike Oldfield should've moved back in and begun blasting Tubular Bells.

Oh he wouldn't have to be singing it or me even hear it...just knowing the man lived near-by would be enough for at least one attempt on his life because of how many times I heard it when it came out. Couldn’t get away from that song.
