"Quicksand (Mad Decent Remix)" - La Roux, and now "Is It Love? (Starkillers Remix)" - iiO.That's it. There is nothing else, that's why she's never used for anything.
The image Wikipedia has for Dazzler isn't so bad: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dazzler
I still don't get what the heck her powet does. She makes light from sound? And then what?
It's sad as this was one of the better songs to come from "Standing on the Shoulders of Giants" and it's not even really on the album, but instead is a B-Side for "Go Let It Out"
Also their cover of "Cum on Feel the Noise" is my fav. cover that song
Why? It wasn't that bad.
Oasis has also covered Davod Bowie's Heroes and The Beatles I am the Walrus.

Apparently Oasis’ Noel Gallagher is selling his Ibiza holiday home – because he can’t stand to live near James Blunt, who owns a nearby pad, anymore.
According to The Sun’s Bizarre column, Gallagher has put the £5.5million villa on the market, saying that he can’t stand living there in the knowledge that Blunt is nearby making terrible music.
The newspaper quotes an anonymous source as saying: “Noel has been going to Ibiza every summer for years. But he’s fed up of hearing James Blunt bang on about Ibiza like he owns the place.
“It’s taken the charm out of it for him so he’s put his villa up for sale. It’s close to Blunt’s place, and he [Gallagher] says he can’t stand the thought of Blunt writing crap tunes up the road.”
Gallagher bought the property for £2.5 million in 1999 from Mike Oldfield.

Is this thread here to broaden our musical horizons?
I never understood the point of these things, I mostly listen to electronica(synthpop, darkwave, industrial) sprinkled with 90s alternative music to remind me of my tender youth.

Seriously, a kickass song.
Gay song stuck in my head? The fireflies song that's autotuned to all hell.
I didn't know!!!
And does that rule only apply to Rama?
Haha, Bob Dylan.
I do not like cr0n. End theme music for Archer.
They use the Sixpence None the Richer version? I'm sure they did.
I tried for a few minutes, that sucks, it was pretty funny IIRC.
Who is Mrs. Beakley?
I fail Duck Tails. If you had said Mrs. Garret I would have known exactly who you were talking about.
Listening to "Gia sena tha pethano" by Anna Vissi, which apparently translates from Greek to "I'd Die For You".
Damn you! now Im going to have that darn song in my head the whole day. And the worst part is that it'll be with GOB's voice.
Yeah I'd dieeee for youuuu
You know its true . . .

Do I! Glad that passed on quickly. BTW, do you use Pandora often? I used to, but then it would pause my music for commercials and I kept having to resume it manually and that shit just didn't work for me. Sometimes I use Grooveshark.
Listening to "Fascinate Me (Fred Falke Edit)" by Florrie. Florrie's awesome and ALL OF HER MUSIC IS FREE. Free to listen and to download. Woot. http://florrie.com/
I remember meeting the "real" (IE: guy in a suit) Denver the Last Dinosaur on a trip to the St. Louis Science Center. The company that made that show was based in St. Louis, same company that produced Voltron. Long story short, Denver grabbed my junk.

I listened to the The End is the Beginning is The End...then I listened to the The Beginning is the End is the Beginning both by The Smashing Pumpkins and now I have no idea where to start.
NOW I know you were just trolling! ZOMG U GOT ME FOR A MOMENT THERE, YOU DUMMY OLOLOLOLO
K-pop is superior to J-pop, at least.

Truth be told, you know the koreans copy everything from the japs, and these girl/guy groups are no exception. Might as well go for the original rather than the imitation
You know, I had heard that Gangnam thing mentioned enough that I finally decided to look it up, and it's actually pretty entertaining.
Only the girl groups? Fiero, you talk like the guys there don't look like girls
If you like girls groups you should chell Akb48. I think I linked a video here to them before? chell em out :3
All I know is that I wish the Koreans that designed my car would have copied the Japanese.
Really puts in perspective doesn't it?
Look out or I'll unfriend you on facebook too.
I just skimmed over your postTruth be told, you know the koreans copy everything from the japs, and these girl/guy groups are no exception. Might as well go for the original rather than the imitation
For one, I don't know that.
For b, often times a copy is an improvement, removing the flaws of the inferior original.
Additionally, Korean culture has influenced Japan, Japanese culture has influenced Korea. It is a two-way street. Don't forget that Japan occupied Korea, forced Koreans to take Japanese names, and tried to basically wipe out Korean culture replacing it with Japanese concepts. If the Japanese want to blame someone for Koreans copying Japan, they should blame the Japanese empire.
How can two countries in the same part of the world not have tons of competition in their industries? How can one side or the other not call the 'copy-cat' argument while knowingly fabricating copycats itself? Kimuchi is a pretty well known example, where Korea is the known origin and the Japanese version is the variant.
Arguing that one copies the other really gets you nowhere.
And in k-pop I see far more borrowed from the USA than from Japan.
Sadly, I'll likely never date a Korean because everything they want to feed me will have fish in it.

Your problem is that you're thinking of these groups are something more than they are, which is a bunch of pretty faces that "can sing", dance and have hot bodies. That's all they are, you're making it look like a 2DEEP4U issue but it isn't. The songs are meant to be catchy and easy going, you won't find some radiohead shit in one of these groups
Look out or I'll unfriend you on facebook too.
I didn't insult your children, did I?

Hey Fiero, you must be so happy for this:

I listened to this great mash up of Oasis's Wonderwall and Green Day's Boulevard of Broken Dreams that Gwynn turned me on too.
Edit: Wow...thing has a wiki page. Guess I wasn't the only one that liked it.

Faye-faye
There is one Japanese artist that I definitely do like, but she's too a-pop sounding to really call j-pop.
Hilkaru Utada.
God damn. And she's only a year older than me.

All it looks to me is like an ad for plastic surgery
I was so-so on it, till I saw the video...then I liked it. Amazing what a bunch of cute Korean girls dancing around and strange pelvic thrusting in a elevator can do for a song.
She's 16. I bet she's going to be awesome in a few years.
- Taylor Swift is pretty but her music sucks. Plus, her pants were on so tight I swore I saw cameltoe in a few pictures.
Putting on tight pants so you'll look like Taylor Swift?
they are tight cause she has the loosest vagina in the entertainment business- Taylor Swift is pretty but her music sucks. Plus, her pants were on so tight I swore I saw cameltoe in a few pictures.
Well, I know what I'll be doing the rest of the afternoon.
Everytime someone mentions Kevin Smith the first person I think of is Ares. RIP
is he the one that made a movie against Bush?
Every time I hear they've put out a new one, I listen to it, and every time I wish I hadn't.
Listening to the latest from Psy:
I love Psy. You milk your international fame for all it's worth, you loveable Korean sonuvabitch. Save your pennies, too. Don't go all Hammer and overspend that shit, son.
Song of the Lonely Mountain
Thanks to The Hobbit I have this song stuck in my head. So I downloaded it and am listening to it over and over again to try to get it out of my head.
And that line is: "We can do it till we both wake up." What the hell? Where they sleep fucking or something? I just don't get that. I mean I can understand doing it till they pass out, or fall asleep, or all night so we got no sleep at all. But "till we both wake up" doesn't make any sense.
I'm listening to this:

You are yourself a bit of a creep, however.
The End is the Beginning is the End-The Smashing Pumpkins.
Great song from a shit movie.
Oddly...I like Get Lucky, but do not care for Blurred Lines. I think it has some thing to do with the other parties, as I like Daft Punk but know nothing of Robin Thicke other then he is Alan Thicke's kid.
I'm listening to "Applause" by the Gaga-nator. Don't look at me like that.I wonder how many months will it be till I finally hear that song.
I have heard him talking (in that tv sketch were he read a twitter that went something like " please god bring back tupac and take away justin beiber " or something like that, funny shit if you havent seen it)
Christopher Lee and A Heavy Metal Christmas (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVzOve8T39w)
Katey Sagal is a decent singer, but I can't unhear Leela in her songs. No matter what she sings, I picture purple hair, a single eyebrow, and an imminent punchline. And also, Peggy Bundy. Because I remember her singing in Married with Children as well. I really gotta work to filter this image out when her music comes out during Sons of Anarchy. (Which is more frequent that you'd think when you realize her husband's the creator of the show.)

Lily Allen - "Naive." I didn't know I had it. I just turned shuffle on and it played from my collection. It's a nice song. Too bad the singer's a twat.she looks like one too, srs
I was listening to Apex Predator by Otep. Great song but apparently the album it comes from is utter shite. How sad.(one year later...) I thought that name sounded familiar. I've heard both "Warhead" and "Smash the Control Machine", although for warhead they took the music video off of youtube. :( If you want to hear more angry brutal metal with women, I like Arch (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5A-EkV3pGJ8&feature=iv&src_vid=mZM-d2qD15E&annotation_id=annotation_703901) Enemy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=InRMwptcgAo). :guitar:

Some Taylor Swift song. Ha ha, no I'm kidding. Fuck that bitch.Shake it off is about the worst song of last year, and Taylor Swift's worst song ever.
The girl singing the song at the end of Pacific Rim sounds so good and the dude trying to rap sounds so opposite of good its sad. I wish I could have a cut of this song without the stupid guy on it.So basically Kanye West is ruining another song. :-\

...the kinda shit self important douche bags play in coffee shops while wearing really stupid hats.
lol, that's actually what I'm looking for. I'm playing music off of Slacker Radio's app through my Roku stick. You can make your own list or play one of theirs. I wanted music playing as unobtrusive background so I chose their "Coffeehouse" station in the section labeled "Chill."
Here, let me do the set up for you: I go to sleep with a fan, a CD of rainforest sounds, a wall-unit AC, earplugs, a pair of Bose noise cancelers which in turn are connected to an old cellphone playing another rainstorm, and then sound being played through the TV. TWICE, this stupid Wonderwall cover has annoyed me so greatly, that I've been roused out of bed trying to ban it. It's still not banned. I have to wait for him to play again and then ban him.
Holy Shit. Do you live like two doors down from an airport or something? I only use a fan, and while I'm "winding down" I usually do one of three things. Read a book, read a comic, or listen to podcasts, but that stops when I start nodding. So I only have the fan, but I do that year round. Light is more of an issue for me. My bedroom is in a windowless room underground. So it can be pitch black at noon if I want it to be.
I'll try not to ramble too much because I probably could write about this all day. Loud noise now, for the lack of a better word, triggers me. Boom cars. Loud voices. Bass. Rumbling truck engines. Machinery. I've been bombarded by so much sound from my fuckin' neighbors in these last two years I think I have a form of ptsd from it. The funny thing... we actually DO live near an airport. The planes have never bothered me.
Well I was right. I got the whole album Chasing Yesterday from Noel Gallagher's High Flying and it is very awesome. Been listening to it constantly for about a week now and my favorite song on the album keeps changing. First it was Ballad of the Mighty, then Riverman, now it is the Mexican.
Trina- Look Back at Me is one of this millennium's master pieces. That chick sounds like she inhaled a bunch of helium.
We'll find out if this is an actual win for you when we see whether or not a corona pandemic pans out.Hmm so far the only thing that has been a pain in the ass is that the kids have no school (but school year is supposed to finish next weel anyways so that was 2 weeks of vacation). I see people hoarding the toilet paper and tissues (masks being long gone) but besides that everything looks super normal, number of tourists, open restaurants etc (I live minutes away from Shibuya crossing so I'd know).
I'm not talking about the linen, and I don't want to change your sheets.
Seriously, do people give you random shit at concerts? I was never cool enough for that. But I didn't go to a lot of concerts either.
