I've heard conflicting stories on the whole size thing however I learned something interesting today. In Japan condoms come in a very small size. So small in fact aht white people traveling to there have a very hard time finding large enough condoms as the ones that are easily available will not fit the standard caucasian penis.

The fact that there's so much conflicting evidence either way causes the issue to be thrown up in the air. Sex Talk with Sue and Doctor Drew Pinsky both say they've never seen a correlary between race and penis size. Btw, all the things I've ever seen has never included hispanic as a race group. Kinsey who ran a legitimate one found no correlary either.

The whole Japanese condom thing sounds like like a myth too, I heard the same thing about Germany.
