If people want to smoke I have no problem with it. They can do it all they want in their own homes or outside where it's not enclosed enough to bother me. I just don't want to ever have to walk into a restaurant again and be told I can't sit in the "non smoking" section because it's out of place and be forced to choke on that filth while I try to eat and I certianly don't think people should be doing it in front of their kids.

I went to this one Jim's and it was perfect. There was an itty bitty part off to the side with no less than five small tables partitioned off from the rest of the diner with a clear piece of glass or something. We only sat in that section because we didn't want to wait for another table to clear. And plus more likely than not, you'll avoid kids.

The other day though I saw this couple, with the man holding the baby. And the woman's puffing away and fussing over the baby, all while blowing smoke in the kid's face. Sad sad sad.
