While I hate the way IDE is, in some ways I agree here. If I know it's not born female I likely won't be attracted enough to seal the deal. I actually do believe that if I was to feel a fake vag I would know something was off. There things in there to feel around for that would signify authenticity. You can't just slice a hole in something and call it a vag.
