Presents!

My grandparents on my mother's side splurged this year with a Norelco shaver and a pair of sneakers. My uncle bought me a set of Craftsman wrenches. My mother bought me a pair of gloves (cheapscape!).

My dad took me out for dinner and drinks. I got a rather large strawberry daquiri, and found out that large frozen drinks don't mix well with spicy food.

My other grandfather on my mother's side bought me a large leather executive chair which won't fit in the computer room, so I have to figure out what to do with it.

The rest of my dad's side of the family haven't even sent me a card. Maybe they forgot it was my birthday. I should call them and give them a not-so-nice reminder.

I always have a frozen margarita (virgin, duh) at this one restaraunt I like, and it compliments the spicy food perfectly. Doug just chose the wrong frozen drink. The alcohol probably affected the taste as well.
