I checked it out earlier. It looks cute but at lot of the stuff posted on their Facebook page is just people copying from photos or drawings. What do you do? You're given a topic and you draw it?

The seven vowels where in another game I was playing with someone else. Getting my ass kicked by words like "Drunk" "Peed" thanks to that.

Oh yeah, a Q and 5 As. I'd already forgot about that. My game luck, seems to follow my real luck...Lousy. The current game we are having I'm having much better luck though. But I think your 49 point move might be a tide turner as I've been having trouble getting high scoring words (even though I have them) up on the board since.

Oh yeah...and I had to play a few to get our of that mess. I think I used Aa...and Ou. In the all vowel game, not the one with Beck. Although I did use a lot of one or two letter words to get rid of them there too, just not any all vowel words.

sooooooo, Wii U, Nintendo said they learned from the launch of the 3DS. WE all assumed that meant they learned need to have better games at launch. It's a pretty tough game in later levels.

Also, my grandfather just got me Skyward Sword so that's gonna be my next game! Fuck yea!

If you have a Gamecube controller that would work. Of course if you were prone to keeping old gaming hardware you should hardly need a Wii to play Super Mario World.

I mostly play Pac-Man on the phone. But I've recently picked up Arkham City again with the idea that I'd finally kick the Riddler's ass. Then I remembered how tedious that is, so I'm probably just going to start a new game.

I've been playing FB games. Nothing on a console or anything like that. But it does get tiring with some of them always trying to sell you crap. Yeah, I know that's their bread and butter and I wouldn't mind otherwise except they're doing it at rip-off prices. Five real dollars for a fake shirt for my avatar? REALLY?

I hate FB games with a purple people-eating passion. Not because I've ever played them, mind you, but because of the people on my list sending invites and asking for stuff. I'd never play them for fear that they'd turn me into a greedy FB spammer.

However, FB Purity is your friend. The only time I see that crap now is when I browse FB on my cellphone.

I used to get annoyed with that too but now that I'm playing them myself, I can see it's really easy to fuck up and send invites and shit to people who don't play. Or like Press Your Luck where you get a bonus for spamming your friends. I admit, I did it a couple of times because I didn't want to pass it up and I figure people who don't want to play can ignore the request or delete it. But for most of my games, I keep a dedicated list and my gaming shit should only be viewable to those people. Assuming Facebook didn't jack with my settings, which is probably a tenuous assumption.

I finally fixed my HTPC...the computer I built and stuffed into an old Atari 5200 box. I'm currently looking for a decent emulator so I can play old 5200 games on a new machine built inside an old 5200 console.

I'm sure there's a yodawg meme thing I could do with that.

Turns out that kat5200 is a pretty decent emu. Aside from the windowed display and X-Box 360 controller, it was a real blast from the past.

If you're interested to see what I did, chell out the build. I still have to put together a software setup article, but since I'm still tweaking it I haven't taken the time.

I love those little keyboard devices so very much. I don't have one, but a friend had one and it was awesome. I did not realize they were so cheap, though.
