No, the latter usually comes in later like it did with Downton Abbey after I had already seen one season. (It didn't help that my two favorite characters ended up being killed off on that show either. So I'm done with Downton Abbey.)

I watched the first season of House of Cards with Kevin Spacey recently. Great show, but something about it kept nagging me at the back of my mind.
Thanks to google, I found out there used to be a British version of that show ages ago and then I remembered I've watched at least some episodes of that show back then.

So long story short, I ordered the remastered Blu-Ray of the original British HoC trilogy and I've been watching that. Fucking brilliant show. I'll take this over a thousand Game of Thrones.

Tom must have been one bland fucker. I watched that show a lot and I don't remember him...and even after I looked up the IMDB I still didn't know him...then I looked up a picture and I still don't remember him. Must not have made much of an impression on me.

I've been trying to finish the 60's Addams family. I bought the DVDs awhile back, but I got burned out on them half way through vol. 2, but I've started watching them again.

He was introduced in the last ep of the 3rd season and becomes Jane's, then Daria's, boyfriend. Yech. The episode quality began to decline with his subsequent appearances, so any minute I kept expecting the Fonz to try and jump over him.
