I actually watched some of it tonight. The guide said it was going to be about searching for The Queen Anne's Revenge, Blackbeard ship (No doubt to tie in with Pirates 4), but instead it was about when the Brits sank French warships to keep them from falling into the hands of the Nazis.

Yeah, and it's not really Looney Tunes. It's like a sitcom for 12 year olds that just happens to have Bugs Bunny and Daffey Duck in it. I mean the last episode, the whole thing was about Bugs starting to date Lola. Who in this one is a crazy clingy girlfriend. There is even a b-story about Daffey sneaking into a country club using another members number. It's the kinda plot you'd see on "How I Met Your Mother." There is none of the stuff that makes Looney Tunes, Looney Tunes in the first place.

I thought some of the clips I saw of new Looney Tunes were funny but it seemed unable to let the joke go quickly enough at times.

I've been watching The Voice. I really like it. I hope they don't try to move it to an earlier time slot because it comes out at 9PM over here and that works for me.

Seriously though, classic Looney Tunes are eternal. Go back and watch them, they're still fantastic, even by today's standards. Especially by today's standards!

He probably has but wouldn't he need a strong connection to dl them? I've listened to a handful of them, X-Men, Predator, and Lord of the Rings. It was more miss than hit.

I've only watched the new Looney Tunes show during my lunch break, so I've never seen a whole show. It's entertaining, but if you're expecting the old Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies stuff, you're just expecting too much. We'll never see the likes of that again.
