I knew an old man who used to take vitamins for everything, so many of them every day. He seemed completely healthy (and still is, as far as Im concerned) except for the fact that he has dementia now. and there ain't any pills for that

Part of the reason my grandmother's boyfriend passed was all the built up gelatin in his systems from vitamins.

And I liked Dr. Oz but Merla and I would watch his show a lot and we quickly realized it always about the same 10 or so topics: what people poop, how they sleep in bed, heart disease, fatties, magic grains, back pain. Every once in a while, there'd be something interesting like the benefits of a 100% plant-based whole foods diet or transgender people or something. But almost every other show had Dr. Oz saying "you have such and such problem? Try these 20 vitamins!" Or even worse, he'd reply with some half-assed answer. Dr. Oz was much better in smaller doses than when he had his own show. He's just struggling to fill in the time.

It confuses me, as "le" is masculine in French, which I took in school instead of Spanish.
