I took 1.25 lbs of super lean ground turkey. Diced up a bunch of Calamatta olives and jalapeno, cracked 2 eggs in, and splashed in some hot buffalo wing sauce and garlic salt.

Mixed it all together and threw them on the skillet (no oil, just pam).

Fuckin Delicious!

It made 3 patties, but I only ate one with a side of whole wheat penne topped with I can't believe it's not butter spray and parmesean. The Turkey Burger didn't even need any sauce.

All of the meat had only 16.5gs of fat with the eggs mixed in. Next time I'm gonna try it with just egg whites, but I don't think it will be as good.

Merla's gone vegan so I'm trying some vegan shit. I made a vegan moussaka, which is dish from Greece (and several other places actually) compared to lasagna but that's not even accurate because there aren't any noodles in moussaka for starters. The dish is basically a bunch of layered veggies and sauce. The top of the moussaka is normally a cream made from eggs and milk and I made mine out of tofu. That part came out pretty good actually. The rest of it was a mixed bag. Cinnamon adds an odd taste to shit and I think I'll leave that spice for desserts only from now on because I just don't feel it. Also, the recipe I used called for bread crumbs and it just made shit soggy. I'll leave them out if I ever make this again.

I'm going to try it for a month this Jan. I'd like to steadily increase my intake of veggies and shit and decrease meat and other animal proteins and consider going vegan for a short while a good start. For me, I want to see if omitting the animal will keeps things healthier, too. I love milk, yoghurt and eggs but I think it's been making me kinda OABNFBK!!1. Shit like that.

Merla's been doing a lot of research on the subject for a while and has consequently turned vegan, including suckling Peta's teat. I've been concerned about her health but she seems okay. She's gonna do a week of juicing though so that shit kinda worries me. I hope she caves early into it and eats some food.

I don't mind vegans as long they don't A. Try to constantly convert me, or 2. Always say shit like "Oh how can you eat that? Do you know...Blah Blah Blah..." everytime I order a cheeseburger. What you put down your eating hole is your bag baby. I just see it like Coke Zero. Yeah it is probably better for me, but it will never taste as good.
