I woke up and had 6 egg whites on toast with fat free cheese.
Then 6 more egg whites.
Then I made a package of whole wheat penne with 1.25 lbs of extra lean ground turkey.
That will be like 2-3 small meals.
Then I'll probably do 6 more egg whites.
(Hit the Gym)

(Go out. Drink. Do Drugs.)
Then some late night grilled salmon.
