Kinda wanna see Maleficent.  But I also want to see Belle.  Don't know if I'll be able to catch the latter before it leaves the theater.

Godzilla vs. Destoroyah

This is the one were they kill off Godzilla to make room for the 98 Godzilla movie. Which worked out real well...

Didn't they later have one where they stated the 98' Godzilla wasn't really Godzilla, but some dinosaur thing?

Final War.

He was called Zilla in that. The producers said because he had taken the God out of Godzilla. The real Godzilla killed him in about 30 seconds.

I think I saw Zilla at Wal-mart.  Well actually it was just a huge person spilling out of their motorized wheelchair.  But they were Zilla in my heart.

I was watching some of motion-stabilized Cloverfield the other day.  Looks like it's already been taken down.

On-topic, I watched The Heat.  I'll give it a B.  I had some problems with it but I did laugh at some parts.

Which is what you said....strange. I thought you said something about the guy from Big Bang and then when I came back and read it again it said Fez...and no sign of an edit. So I can only conclude that I am in fact going insane again. Which is too bad because the shrink just said I wasn't anymore.

I read that "thran-dull."

I saw the Lego Movie.  I didn't expect to be as disappointed as I was with it.  It came off like it was trying too hard.  And like it had ADHD.  And then it had an after-school special ending.  It had a sweet message.  It was unique.  So those were pluses.  But I was bored.  Also, it was full of crackers.

Batman: Assault on Arkham a.k.a. "Let's Make Deadshot a Pathetic Gary Stu."  Deadshot...

Bests Waller.
Bests the Joker twice (even gettin' the awe and admiration of Captain Boomerang and Killer Frost which made no sense)
Schtups Harley (who wanted to boink him and no one else because he's so damn hot or whatever)
Appoints himself leader without adequate dissent except Captain Boomerang's nagging
Bests the Penguin.
Proceeds to figuratively pee all over everyone else (but especially Captain Boomerang who's dripping yellow at the end of this thing)*
Doesn't get taken down by Batman when Batman had plenty of chances.
Gets a happy ending he didn't frickin' deserve.

*How the frick does he threaten King Shark with a gun but King Shark's suddenly a tank who runs into a flurry of bullets later?  Christ.

Liked the fight scenes and animation.  Didn't like how Frost and Harley were practically palette swaps of each other.  Also they had weird Aeon Flux-esque bodies.

Captain America 2
I rather enjoyed this a lot.
Really, it should have been called "Black Widow kicks everyone's ass" because I swear I enjoyed the times where she was being badass more than the whole rest of the movie.

Hunger games
Not QUITE as enjoyable as I've heard people say it was. However, when that thing happened to the little black girl (I will not spoil it) I had major feels. So, a decent movie.

Shawshank Redemption
Why the hell did this not win an oscar for best picture?
This will probably be the best movie I have seen all year. If you have not seen this movie, see it.
What a wonderful ending, too. It was enjoyable watching all the dicks in the movie get what was coming to them.

New Spiderman 2
I was dragged to this by mommy dearest because I think she has a crush on Andrew Garfield.... she's becoming quite the creepy cougar.

First off. I like Garfield as Spiderman. I hate Garfield as Peter Parker.

Second, all the comparisons of this movie with Spiderman 3 I think are a bit off. 3 suffered from too many villains. This, not as much. The main villain in this movie is Electro and he appears for most of the movie. The Green Goblin doesn't show up until the end after Electro is defeated, and really, they would have been better off having him appear in the next movie rather than this one. Rhino only appears at the very end of the movie in a 2 minute clip. I also did not like what happens to Gwen. Really.  :nono:
Decent. About the same as the first one. Not as good as the first Trilogy. Better than Spiderman 3 at least.

Blue is the Warmest Color
Everything I've heard about this movie is that it's like a porno with a plot. I figured those comments were from a bunch of virgin neckbeards who have never seen a scene with two women making out before, so I went into the movie not expecting too much.
- Okay, girl masturbating with clothes on... nothing I haven't seen in an R-rated movie before...
- Guy fucking girl... standard R-rated fare, although I see a penis so I guess that makes it X-rated in the states... but standard fare in France.
- ...10 MINUTES OF LESBIAN FUCKING HOLY FUCKING SHIT.....
I actually researched it and watched it to figure out how they faked the lesbo orgy... in most of it the camera angles are such so you can't tell if there's actual genital contact... I also read that they wore "prosthetic labia"... yep.
The sex scenes are only about 10% of the entire film and while it was kinda hot, I've seen better in real pr0n. The rest of the movie was a standard drama about a lesbian couple, somewhat interesting.

I have heard good reviews of Guardians so perhaps I will see this soon.
I like to go down to the playground and watch the kids run and jump and scream, because they don't know I'm only using blanks.

Modern anime is a stagnant cesspool of regurgitated ideas.

I'm surprised to see someone who hasn't seen Shawshank.  I probably shouldn't be because there's gotta be a lot of people who haven't seen it.  Anyway one of those movies where it all comes up so nicely in the end.

I'm mixed on Guardians.  I've heard good things about it I reeeeeeeally can't stand Chris Pratt (yay, another Marvel white guy lead), Zoe Saldana, or Bradley Cooper (but at least it's only his voice here).  The former two make me want to punch babies.  I'd really not give them my money.  Still the movie looks sorta fun.  I'm thinking about this.

Cap2 was awesome. Maybe better than Cap1. These are my two favorite Marvel movies thus far, and it's not very close. I have high hopes for the Agent Carter movie.

The Shawshank Redemption is one of the greatest movies of all time. Everyone should see it.

I'm going to see Guardians in a few minutes. Expect to see my opinions on all the popular forums...that being here and BONR.

I quit watching Spidey movies after the one with Satipo as Doc Ock. 3 sounded like dick and the others are just Sony being ridiculous.

Hunger Games 1 was tedious. I picked up 2 a couple months ago but haven't watched it yet.
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Regarding Guardians: it was fun, but it didn't bowl me over.  I don't see myself watching it again.
