Pirates 4.

It wasn't bad. There were like two too many stories going on this thing. The whole beating the Spanish, and Mermaid Human love thing could have been dropped and the movie still would have held up. But at least we didn't have the constant side switching of Pirates 3, and had a much more straight forward story. The also had a couple lose ends that weren't tied up neatly either. And there was lots of corny pointing stuff at the screen cause it was in 3D shit. First time I've ever seen a modern 3D movie do that.

And speaking of 3D, I wish this craze would fucking end already. $9.50 for a Matinee? Are you kidding me? Ugh!

One Hour Photo. Fucking amazing, not many thrillers in which you end up feeling bad for the "bad " guy. Robin Williams is amazing

I can't believe I still haven't watched that. I really enjoy when comedic actors try a different sort of role. Which is why Endless Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Punch Drunk Love rank in my favorite movies. Robin Williams in that role has to be incredibly interesting.

X-Men: First Class! Fucking great movie! I still can't believe it!

Kung Fu Panda 2! Another great movie! The commercials do not do it justice!

Evil Dead 2. Never seen it, and I'm continuing my trend of watching these movies backwards. I saw Army of Darkness back in the 90's and now I've seen Evil Dead 2, but haven't seen Evil Dead.

I was a fan of Army of Darkness, like most organisms with a pulse, and my buddy was all, "You gotta watch Evil Dead, bro!"

And then a woman was raped by a tree, and I was all, "This is gross, I don't want to watch anymore."

Man, I just had an idea.

You know how websites and magazines post pictures of famous chicks in their designer outfits, then grade them and shit?

We should gather all those up and post them here, then ask IDE which outfits are rapeworthy, and which don't make the cut.

Someone can make a graphic that looks like a stamp of approval that reads, "I'd rape that!" in bold red letters, and we'll call the column IDE's Rape Roundup.

Blammo. We're all rolling in the dough. We'll collectively be the next Perez Hilton.

I've heard the same. I talked to a comic shop employee who has lots of comic reading friends, and the majority really liked it. It's got an 87% on Rotten Tomatoes and a 65 on Metacritic. Who would have guessed that?

I saw a screening of Super 8 this morning. I rather liked it. The story has some cheese to it, but you can almost see it as a new ET where the aliens not as a friendly and is also a Corpser from Gears of War.

I have read that Xmen: Frirst Class is second only to X2.  I'll probably go see it in the next two weeks or so.

See, I don't get that. My cousin was saying something about everyone online being in love with X2, and I was like, "What? Why?"

I liked the first X-Men movie. Everything between that and First Class was garbage as far as I'm concerned.

I'm assuming the upcoming Wolverine movie scraps everything that happened in Origins, because First Class is a raging maelstrom of retcon.

You know I didn't really want to see First Class, mainly cause it's not really First Class other then Beast. But I've heard a lot of good stuff about it, so I might take it in next weekend. I hope I can see this one NOT in 3D for a change. I've got a pretty good collection of useless horn rimmed glasses going on. Could I put them in the little bin on the way out? Yes, but after paying 9 bucks for a movie I'm keeping those bitches.

Good news, everyone! X-Men: First Class is not available in 3D, at all.

And God bless them for that.

Pretty sure they already said it has nothing to do with the other movie, but I could be wrong. Either way, I'm assuming that it doesn't.

The original Fright Night with Roddy MacDowall, not the one with David Tennant.

X-Men First Class was pretty good.  I'd fuck that Mystique chick when she was beige, blue, whatever.  I'd fuck her and then she could make a dick and I'd let her fuck me.

Anyway I also watched a whole 16 minutes of Transformers: Dark of the Moon and that was pretty cool because Shia Labeouf.

I saw a part of Despicable Me.  I knew I wouldn't like it anyway.

Also streamed about half of From Dusk Til Dawn on Netflix.

Saw First Class yesterday and thought it fucking blew.  Seeing Super 8 tomorrow, hoping it's atleast enjoyable.  I couldn't stop lol'ing at Kevin Bacon in that dumb fucking helmet, so I made this:
