Arnold didn't like the fact that they moved it into the city and pulled out. His role in the film was cut back and rewritten and became the part that Gary Busey played.

I think it was a co-staring role. Like Glover and Gibson had in Lethal Weapon. Might have been another reason he passed. He went from Star to Co-Star.

Makes me wonder what sort of movie it would've been if he had stayed. Like what the first Pred. would've been like with Jean Claude Van Damme. But with Danny Glover, it was still a decent movie. Danny brought some heart to it, like Murtaugh vs. Predator.

I always thought the Busey character was a tad out of place, and if he was a rewrite because of no-Arnie, I can see why. (But I still like what Busey brought to the movie. He should've featured more in it.) If Arnold's only reason for not being in it was because the Predator went to the city, that's gay-tarded. Who wants to see another jungle again? I'd rather just pop in the first movie. The city was the next logical step. If T2 had anything to do with it though, then I completely understand.

If I had written predator 2 I'd have made the 2nd predator slightly smaller and there would've been a crazy 80s movie type moment when a 3rd bigger/male pred showed up and arnie realized the only reason he was able to barely keep up with this one in a brawl was because it was a chick.

No, no, no... while the Predators are talking, Arnold suddenly yells "SHUUUUT-UUUP!!!!!". Richard Dawson then replies his daddy looks at vaginas all day long. Before they can play the Feud, Arnie says "Do you remember when I said I would kill you last? I lied" and then sends Richard Dawson down the tube to the surface of Mars, where his eyes bug out all nasty. As the credits roll, Arnold's all "I'll be back" and Bill Paxton soils himself to the Terminator theme music.
