I've seen volume one of GTO and seeing Gokusen made me want to put the rest of GTO in my queue. (It's not that I didn't like GTO, but that was back when I still had to buy anime to watch it and I was already at the point where I started to drastically curb my spending.)

I had already seen a couple of episodes of Gokusen back when I had DirectTV. I really like it so far, and it's only three volumes, so there's not a whole lotta committment. The extras are kinda shitty, I'm generally unimpressed by the opening and closing titles, and the dub is decent, though I prefer the subs. As far as content goes though, yeah, really like it.

GTO was pure awesome. I'd never watched a non sci fi anime before. For some reason I was drawn to this one and I bought it outright without ever seeing an episode.

I finished Gokusen. The ending was kinda suck-ass, but obviously they were just trying to wrap things up since the anime is short and all. But it's an A+-series. I may buy it some day. I'm interested in the manga now.

I think I'm gonna DL all the naruto eps. I never sat down and watched the whole series. I'm thinking about DLing the games too, but watching the commercials and seeing naruto kicking everything's ass doesn't seem right. He should start off sucking with combos not working right and him getting frustrated and then as the game progresses he starts getting his combos off more effectively.

There's a new 4 part Evangelion series being released soon. Anno himself is directing and helping write it. Supposedly with lots of CG now.

And I thought Elfen Lied was bad. Elfen Lied was shit compared to this.

I'm watching some stuff I found on Youtube, and it includes clips from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. I've never seen this series before, nor heard of it, and I'm wondering if I really want to watch it considering what I saw of it.

This anime's fucked up. I mean really fucked up. You start out seeing what looks like another anime harem show with your typical big-eyed teenage boy and a bunch of ubercute teenage girls.

Then they all pull out bats, butcher knifes, and rope, and start torturing each other, and you know this isn't your normal anime. people stabbing and brutally sadistically fucking everyone up. In one scene, a girl stabs herself in the head multiple times.

Puberty does some fucked up shit to females.
