Now I have 3 months to get enough money to live on, but yeah Im going to get my Masters in history. Looks like I'll be IDE's successor as the old dude at the dorms.

Though with a Masters, I could work for the CIA. I've already applied and been contacted, just they 'are considering me with alot of other people'. Now in normal jobs this means I am fucked, but this is the CIA... they could be doing all kinds of background checks.

But then hey, enjoy whatever wierd ass job you're going into.

Why would the CIA want a masters in history working for them? So you can teach them the tactics of Napoleon?

Go to cia.gov and look up the requirements for their positions. To analyze and report intelligence, you need to be intelligent. If I get offered a job as a counter-narcotics analyst, then I might just take. I do plan on getting my phD when I can, so

I've decided then when I got back to school that I'm going in for film. Mainly cause everything I write I think of in visual terms. Plus I don't want someone else taking something I write and ruining it because they want to do their version of my story.

That being said.... It won't be anytime soon unless I get my ass in gear. I've fallen way behind with my book, I won't be able to afford to move and pay for school unless I sell a few things.

Film is always good IF you know the right people. I have this friend of mine, he's studying film and he's veeery well connected, especially with people in Manhattan. He knows like EVERBODY who is famous and lives there, it's incredible aand exciting at the same time.
