No, but that doesn't mean people don't do it. And then of course you have just plain risque images that are pr0n to some and not to others...
I think they might've actually allowed it, or at least some mild level of it at a time, because not that many people used the computers to begin with. I remember an article years ago talking about how the library needed more of those screen thingies (the ones that it make it difficult for other people to view the monitor) to "protect the children" or whatever. I'm certain they don't allow it now though.
