Girls who subtely bring up a "boyfriend" when they obviously haven't mentioned one before and understand you're interested but pretend they don't and do so for the sole purpose of a way to make you understand it's not going to happen between the two of you are the worst kind of shit.

Well I'm just afraid you're going to fall into the "Good Friend E" spot and you don't want to be there. Cause then you'll start hearing stuff like "I don't want to ruin our friendship." and "You want to meet my boyfriend? I think you'll like him."

My suggestion is after this Pepperbellies thing, that ever that is, that you get her alone and just say "Hey you wanna do something Friday" and if she says "Sure, I'll go see what the guys want to do." you go "I was thinking maybe it would be just you and me." and when she says "like a date?" You say "YES!"
Honey, nobody does dates anymore. Now its just "hanging out". No dates. No.

Maybe in your world...but I wouldn't let  2-4 other people come along on my date. Fuck that.

I've only done it once, but in my defense I drank half a bottle of tequila straight, and then proceeded to smoke two joints. Then when I went to poo later on, the pushing forced everything out. Good thing I was near the tub. FUN TIMES!

I miss highschool...

It was the best sleep I've ever had. I can see why sanitariums perscribed enemas and vomitoriums.

I go out on Dates with Kary all the time. Our favorite place to go is a great wine and cheese shop that sells brick oven pizzas and other Italian food.

Faye, I'm not going to listen to any advice regarding my situation that you might give me. I might as well say that now. I will however, consider any advice Tom has, once it's had its sexualistic layer peeled away.

I don't want it to be easy, I want it to be right.

Hanging out and Date are symantics here. No one actually says the word date but I've been considering bringing it back.

Step 1:  Call a girl you've met and ask her what she's doing at around 10pm, Tell her where you're going. If you're feeling uppity make some small talk "what did you do today" something ghey like that etc.

Step 2: Then if you actually end up meeting her out where she is you hang out with her and drink and if you're so inclined you ask her to chill at your place cause you have a bunch beer and liquor over there (the after party angle), you can go with "watch a movie", you can tell them straight out you want them (this doesn't always work and if it does...what does that say about her?  I've walked away from this situation when I've got no intel about where she's been...I just wish it was like poker on tv where you get to see if you got away from a bad hand...sadly I'll never know).

Step 3 (optional): Or you if you really like them you can tell them you want to do something tommorow (or in a day or so) like go to dinner and a movie or lunch or something like that.  They love this (because they usually only get the former treatment).

This is all pretty specific for my environment though.  I don't know how women are treated elsewhere.  I hear rumors that just south of here in Orlando things are alot tougher.

In retorspect I remember what it was like to be a human being and "like" a girl and be all nervous and what not, trying to figure out how to make it work out...now it's a numbers game and I trade them like stocks, gathering information about potential companies via my extensive information networks, trying to juggle their affections all the while having zany comedic misadventures.   Will I ever see them like human beings ever again? Will I ever reclaim my humanity and fall in love? Will it be at the hands of my female counterpart?

You'll have to pay 8$ to find out in theatres during the Summer of 2012.

Always ask the girl what happened to her. Girls love talking about themselves, and hate hearing about you.

Not necessarily.  Mentioning another guy is also one of the oldest tricks in the female arsenal to get the guy one is interested in to stop farting around and make a move.  I used it with considerable success a few times.

Even if they don't, the interest is flattering.  Also, if she likes animals, stories about your menagerie and the loving care you lavish on them will make points.  :)

The key is to drop the pussyfooting around and make it CLEAR to her you're interested, and not in friendship bullshit.

You already know she likes spending time with you, go for it.
