eBay: The TV Show

The Internet auction site eBay is getting its own ABC reality series. As reported by MediaPost's online MediaDailyNews, the show, tentatively titled Make It Happen, will feature families who place their "hidden treasures" for sale on eBay, then use the proceeds to pursue their dreams. The show will reportedly debut as a twice-a-week feature (Mondays and Fridays) beginning this summer, with the Monday-night episode describing the items to be placed on the auction site and the Friday episode revealing what they brought in and what the winners intend to do with the money they earned.

Now... what to bid on... the Chicken McNugget shaped like the Virgin Mary's Head, or a ziplock bag filled with Michael Jordan's Sweat. Decisions... Decisions.

And I thought "Honey, We're Killing The Kids" was retarded. And they supposedly age the children for a glimpse into the future, somehow magically able to predict whether or not they'll get an earring and a mullet due to a childhood full of playstation and ho-hos.

Can't be worse than "Celebrity Cooking Showdown" on NBC.

Apparently, it was so bad, it didn't even last the weeklong premiere and was canned after just 3 days. Now we'll never know who wins.

But the parents look to be venturing in Stay Puft territory themselves.

In one ep, they wanted to get the parents to quit smoking. Their fat-ass kids have asthma and the parents are still smoking in the damn house! During the ep, the dad was talking about how proud he was of mom for quitting, but he was still puffing away! He even admitted to offering his wife a cigarette earlier that day! Dumbasses.
