I don't think it's necessarily a catch-phrase but I like calling everything a "hot, young lord". Like "hot, young lord Jesus Christ" or "hot, young lord television". And I call things "bit", too. Like instead of calling someone a bitch, I call him/her a "ho-bit". Or when my cat runs into a wall or something, I call her a "dumb-bit".

Mine was "Fuck me a'running" for a while, but someone overheard at work and said it could be construed as sexually harassing. When I'm sitting in my office bitching? Whatever.

Not exactly a catchphrase yet, but I find myself saying "NonononoNOOO! AHHHHH!" a lot lately while trying to housebreak 3 puppies. :mellow:
