This is from the super-secret employee website. I have to read a bunch of lame-ass material and do a ghey quiz for work. They're not paying me enough to read crap like this, hence me looking for another job. But ew.... just ew...

Darcy: Jake, I need to ask a favor. I know it's close to busy season, but my sister is visiting from out of town next week. I haven't seen her in years, and I'd really like to have Monday off.
Jake: Well, Darcy, you know that will put extra work on me and the rest of the team.
Darcy: I know, and I promise to work extra hard the rest of the week. But I won't be able to see my sister again until next summer. Please?

They have this harassment course at my work. Everyone's supposed to take it but I'm not sure what their criteria for who they've sent on it is. They've sent al kinds of mild manored people on it yet myself and a bunch of my very unprofessional coworkers who tell stories about having sex and puking a girl's back, set up little wooden figures with coworkers' names on them in daisy chains blowing each other and tossing each other's salads (that one's me) or inviting coworkers into their office to view their daily batch of near pr0n pictures of women in barely bikinis and less, have not been sent on it. I mean... I can see why people are concerned about such things, but they go about it all wrong and are so afraid of offending the people who are actual problems that all that ever happens is that the people who have never and would never do such a thing, are endlessly subjected to propaganda of this ridiculous nature.

Best thing is we can't be fired for such innapropriate behaviour because, as we haven't taken this course, we can claim ignorance and blame the employer.

I'm hoping you guys forget where I work. Haha.

WTF. You have me at the EW reaction, which is the only reaction I've ever had to one, but still....

It's funny that the dumb thing goes on about harassment, but Shitbert who gets on everyone's nerves, has put viruses on two computers, and has, by admission of another employee, lost the company hundreds of dollars, still freaking works there. And he does all kinds of shit that borders on harassment, which I tell him as much but he's an idiot. He asked me, once more, about me having a boyfriend. I said I didn't want one and he brought up, jokingly, "what about a girlfriend", and I said I didn't care. All he did afterwards was bug me about it, "Wanna talk about it", "Can I watch".... I'm like "Dude, I don't want to talk about it. What you're doing is harassment." and he has this gay hissy about "no it's not", how he's just trying to "socialize", and I offered the information anyway so I don't have room to say something like that. I'm like "I did not, fool, you asked a question and I said I didn't care. That's not offering information. Furthermore, you keep bringing it up when I already said I don't want to share anything with you. Now stop taking it as an insult on you and go away." He's a mook. Predictions are when he inevitably gets canned, he'll play the race card because he's just a prick like that.

An acquaintance/friend of mine has a fat annoying screwed-up younger brother who has hardly any tact at all. He has the powet to make everyone loathe him. So uh, I guess you could have it worse.

Although the annoying fat guy wouldn't ask a question like that. I would bitchslap the guy who asks me something like that.

Oi. Yeah. Well I have a craZy stalker at work who is not so bad anymore but for many months would visit constantly, give me food and gifts, tried to give me a cat, asked me out on dates again and again.

You just don't dip your pen in the company ink!

Luckily anyone who's moderately attractive at my work is quite married and usually pregnant or with child at this point so I reallly don't need to worry about it.
