Just ban guests. Logging in isn't that hard and the board won't get flooded with this shit. This will also prevent any of us from posting under "Guest".

You should be able to ban an IP range, or a single IP.

Banning IP 195.91.142.22 wouldn't work as well as banning:

195.91.*.*

Joe Ramstien used a similar type of ban on his forums by banning *.*.*.* which bans the internet. Oh Noes! I think Canadian Adam did it too...
