Poooooooooooo. Anyone else enduring another semester of classes? This is my final regular one, but due to florida being fucked up, I have to take 3 classes in the summer too, even though I have 130 credit hours... which graduates me.

I might only be taking 2 classes a week and both of them would be on the same day. I'm trying to time my graduation so that it coincides with the precise moment that I finally begin to look too old to 18 yr old girls.

I need spring break... and only a year more till graduation, even though now I have 130 credits (120 are needed to graduate) but some fucked up shitty ass florida laws keep some of the classes I did from counting >.< Fuck Florida. I wanna go back to Rhode Island...

Bah! I said, BAH!

Luckily my classes are in one building. And oddly enough, all in the same room.

The first day I was late, first it took forever to find parking, and then my schedule didn't tell me what room it was in and the building had 7 floors. Today, I was late because I had to park a mile away in some pothole & weed-infested parking lot on the edge of nowhere. God I love universities.

I have 3 classes, one Mon-Wed, two Tues-Thurs right after each other. The one on Mon was internet coding... HTML, CSS, XML... easy stuff, I know half of it. One tues class was about how computers process info.. stuff like binary code and assembly language.

The third class was Computer Science II.... and I found out the school's primary language of choice is.... JAVA. Mother fucking Java. I hate Java. I took a Java class in my community college, evil language. I barely passed with a C. C++ was the choice language at the college, easier language IMO... wtf...

Worst part is, they expect you to know how to program in Java and I can't remember shit about it from the class. So I might have to drop that class or stare into space not knowing what the fuck I'm supposed to do.

Also, I owe the school $600 after grants... and I'm not even living on campus! Fuck! I miss Community college and the grants that covered my classes full ride, and I got $2000 extra. Now I have to get out a loan, and I don't even have enough for books until then!

One and all, regardless of how much you hate it, get the fucking degree NOW. No matter how much DeVry and U. of Phoenix brag about their "affordable work-friendly" schedule, it will be misery untold trying to go back after you have a full-time job unless you take speed on a regular basis. And once you have that full-time job, your employer is not going to care about getting you out the door on time so you can make it to class in the evening.
