They should just bite the bullet and move to Wisconsin with Sam. It's basically American Canada already. Plus, Canadian nationalized Health Care isn't all that great.

Canada just has lots of things I like - snow, beer & hockey, to name a few. Plus it seems refreshingly free of natural disasters. I just got out of a 90-minute meeting with our flood field rep, fresh from the Gulf Coast with lots of pictures on his laptop, and I told my boss I wanted to leave early and go drink heavily.

He said "disaster fatigue" sounded like a legit sick day excuse to him.

It's fun being one of about a dozen people in Houston not pissing my pants over the Astros. I can't root against a team whose mascot is my favorite bird - besides, our regular server at our favorite pub is dating Clay Hensley (P - Padres). Guinness is thicker than water.

HA! I figured if anyone was going to give me a hard time over my big STL it'd be you, being a Hustonian and all. LOL!

I'm a life long Cards fan myself. Before I started collecting Comics I collected Baseball cards and the only reason I started was to get a card of my fav player Ozzie Smith. Took me forver to get him for some reason so I had almost all the card by the time I got the card. Been to half a dozen games over my short life, over coming my intense dislike of downtown Saint Louis. The last one was this July. I had to see a game one last time in Busch Statdium, which is the only Stadium I've ever known since it was built in 66.

Actually I do sometimes eat green beans, but those aren't the beans that coined the term. Brown beans, fuggetboutit. They taste nasty. I hate that powder-like texture they have inside. Or that they look like they soiled themselves sitting in the container.

I don't like hummas. One of the librarians here is crazy about it. YUCK! Oh well to each his own. I, like nuri, love green beans. I also love snow peas and sugar snap peas. As for acutal beans I didn't start to like them until I was like 21 or so. I do however refuse to eat pork and beans. The taste is awful.
