I was also bugged that the last story in the movie was a little less climatic/bloody than the other two.. the whole pace of the movie kinda slowed a little.

I can't figure out the beggining, my friend says the guy was a hitman, which makes sense. I was confused because he said she'd cash HER chell in the morning, so I thought he was like a hired suicide. But my buddy said it just meant she'd clear out all her stuff, because killing her would relinquish her keys and stuff, but, I don't know.

At the end though, he did seem like a hitman, so whatever. As to who SHE was, no fucking clue.

As for your second point (I made it that way), no, no your definitly are fucking not. I've wanted to see that since Idle Hands and Dark Angel. Idle Hands of course comes close, my god that's a nice ass.
