Mr. Garrison gets a sex change, Kyle's uber-liberal mother explains to confused Kyle that some people's insides don't match their outsides and that cosmetic surgeons can change their outsides to make them happy. Kyle deceides that he'd like to be tall and black so he could make the basketball team, Kyle's dad is really pissed off that such ideas are being put into Kyle's head and even more pissed that the surgeon agrees to do a "Negroplasty" on Kyle if he could come up with the money. The surgeon uses reverse psychology on Kyle's dad and asks him what he's dreamed of being...Kyle's dad reveals he's always drempt of being a dolphin... After the surgery, Cartman dubs him a "Jewphin". Happy?
