Since my mother bitches that she cooks for me too much and I don't cook enough for her, and you guys swapped recipes like nuts a few months back, I was thinking you might have something cool yet easy to cook I can make.

Like Bernie said Pasta is the best way to go. I recommend Fettuccine Alfredo

Fettuccine Alfredo

1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Freshly cracked black pepper
Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish

To prepare alfredo sauce: Heat heavy cream over low-medium heat in a deep saute pan. Add butter and whisk gently to melt. Sprinkle in cheese and stir to incorporate. Season with freshly cracked black pepper. In a large stockpot, cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Quickly drain the pasta and add it to the saute pan, gently toss the noodles to coat in the alfredo. Transfer pasta to a warm serving bowl. Top with more grated cheese and chopped parsley. Serve immediately

Scrambled eggs with fried potato, toast, and bacon.

Hamburgers with french fries or mac and cheese and a salad.

Fish baked in the oven with rice and vegetables.

Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans.

All easy shit.

That's a bad pic of Giada, she looks alot like Natalie portman, if Natalie had a huge Italian head. But then Giada weighs like 40 pounds, so it's more like she has no body.

I basically just cook stuff as I go and based on what I have. For instance I have about 6 different ways for cooking chili.
