With immitation meat. I don't know what they use, but it's like with soy burgers, they taste exactly like burgers (the good ones) but aren't. I can't remember if it's so people won't be allergic or if it's the cost of them, probally the cost.

I think imitation crab and lobster are made from some kind of pike fish. I had a friend who was a sushi chef--he told me once, but I've forgotten since I can't eat any seafood. The smell of it literally makes me sick.
