Invisible Children funds the Ugandan Military because they think they can do something about Kony.
The Ugandan military will probably just end up killing a bunch of children he puts in front of him as a shield while Kony escapes.
Also the Ugandan military is known for horrible acts such as rape and murder (not in combat) that are either encouraged or at least swept over by the command.
Invisible Children puts more money into their employee salaries and making new videos than they do helping any children. Awareness is important, I'll admit, but I just feel wrong supporting an organization of this manner.

I also refused to google it and found I didn't have to because it appeared in people's facebook stuff and on news sites I chell.  It's like an internets petition except instead of bringing back a dead tv show, they want to kill a live person.  Now they just need to figure out what to send in the mail en masse to make producers pay attention.  I say it should be Snickers bars.
