One thing I like about facebook is that it's lumping posts together now and hiding them.

So instead of me seeing 39 "GO NOLES!" messages I see "Johnny Bravo and 38 other people posted about the Florida State Seminoles"

FB screws up the posts you see on your news feed.

Go to the bottom of the news feed, and there should be some kind of "edit settings" button at the bottom. And you have to change your setting from "Only show updates from people I interact with most" to "show all status updates".
I like to go down to the playground and watch the kids run and jump and scream, because they don't know I'm only using blanks.

Modern anime is a stagnant cesspool of regurgitated ideas.

I'm about ready to drop FB. It's handy for news on people I'm not in constant contact with, but that's about it. I'm tired of them fucking up the news feed every few weeks apparently on a programmer's whim.

Maybe they're updating something.  I haven't been there for a while since they fucked with my Zuma free spin to make it all shitty, so I didn't notice.

Ugh what do you guys think of this new spyfeed shit?

I see every fucking move other people make and they see mine up in the right corner.

If you know how I can stop letting them see what I'm doing please tell me, I don't mind the me spying on them part, but sometimes I leave chat disabled cause I don't want people to know I'm there and this shit foils that.

I logged into Facebook and didn't notice any difference other than the top stories majigger.  I had seen a screen shot of the changes w/ the thing in the right and mine doesn't look like that.

You can make lists and then chose who you want to see any given activity in your privacy settings for that post or whatever.

I have too many friends, so right now it's an exercise in taking people I'm not that interested in hearing about and reducing the level of activity which I see on a case by case basis.

I don't have the thing in the right corner either. Just the top story thing.

To be honest, I just don't go enough to matter either way.  I like being to able to keep in touch with the people on my friends list and see what's up with them every once in a while.  I do this by actually visiting their profile instead of relying on the feed.  And I like fanning people/shows and liking things.  But if I don't go for FB a month (or sometimes longer), it doesn't feel like I'm really missing out on anything.

You guys don't have the spy thing?  That means you're probably getting spied on and don't even have the ability to spy back.

It's apparently growing rapidly to the tune of duodecupling in the week since it's open registration. It's just not growing much in our circles, although the Powet crew seems taken with it. Plus, there's a lot of potential new features being discovered in the site code...Google Voice integration (a la Skype), "Google Experts" (a la Yahoo Answers), wall posting (a la Facebook itself), expanded photo features (again, a la FB). and easy privacy settings (a la...well, that's unique, not to mention welcome).

So the new facebook is going to allow you to see all the posts ever made on there about you or in reference to you ever.

For me it was a trip down memory lane seeing all the bitches that I plowed soundly into the throes of ecstasy who unfriended me rather than be a slave to my demi god dong.

I mean seriously you cunts felt the need to unfriend me even though you're still friends with people I introduced you to that you never talk to?

Such is the powet of my penis.

Anyways you queerbags can also experience your own trip down memory lane without waiting until the official release by following the simple instructions on this page:
http://mashable.com/2011/09/22/how-to-facebook-timeline/#27137Step-8

(You don't have to register your phone number or whatever the fuck they were talking about, at least I don't remember ever doing that and it worked fine for me)

Maybe you're interested in having a sweet picture banner across the top of your page though!

Actually, I'm not.  I don't like sites that bump down content in the favor of a giant image.

Yep.

Apparently there is no Beavis in Butthead coming in which Hank Hill makes a cameo.

Yeah that would be kind of confusing at this point.

I know that FB isn't a video game but sometimes I expect it to entertain me for some reason.  This is probably just because I'm crashing from drinking several 5 hour energy shots, but son I am disappoint all the same.

Yeah that would be kind of confusing at this point.

An appearance by Hank Hill would be confusing?  King of the Hill ended in 2010.  Beavis and Butthead ended in 1997.  I would think B&B getting a series again would be the more confusing part (especially with no music vids).  A Hank Hill cameo might be kinda awesome since he would probably be more familiar to viewers even if they didn't really watch KotH.

No one remembers that they're connected and those that do know that Hank moved away.
