Not that I don't have gripes with old people, their slowness, their senility, their radical driving of the fast and slow variety, and the fact I've never been able to relate to a single one... as well as that constant stench of imminent death around them (similar to the stench of germs, slobber, and shattered promises I get around children), but I have more problems with their younger "counterparts". At least if they're rude or something, you can chalk that up to oldness or having grown up in a backwards racist/sexist/whateverelseist age and say "good, that bitch will die soon anyway". And old people don't have a lot of energy to gripe like a younger person does. Younger in any sort, child, teen, adult, pre-senior, whatever. I'd rather have to deal with Grandma Falls-Apart and her Jar of Endless Pennies any day of the week....
