Yeah, probably. I'm watching it later.

But my view won't matter much since I haven't been watching the show since the first season.

Oh, so it's finally over?

'Bout time.
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

It was an hour and fifty minutes worth of build up to nothing. Dude didnt wear the whole suit and his cape was cgi. I'm sure the people who loved show loved the ending but like lost this felt like a big fuck you.

I watched the first two episodes of Smallville and missed the third and said to myself "I'll catch it when it reruns later on" and I think that was 10 years ago.

So... can anyone fill me in on the last 10 years of the show?

They fucked up DC continuity even worse than it in the comics then Clark wore a Superman shirt...the end.

How exactly can you fuck up continuity in comics? It's fluid. Focus on what the story is about and not so much on how it connects. That line of thinking probably doesn't help Smallville's case much, though.

My room mate who has watched every episode almost religiously said he liked it as an ending for the show, but not as an ending for several of the plot lines. He also said it felt like they were setting up something to happen after ... and now it never will.

There are certain tenets that should be adhered to. And the more nerdy you are on the subject, the more sacrosanct they become.

I never watched it, because I never got WB in the early goings, so I never watched it after I did have access to it due to being hopelessly behind on it. From what I've read over the past ten years, I'm glad I didn't bother. But I do enjoy reading the ComicsAlliance.com reviews, such as this one of the finale.
