LMAO!
I think it would be really neat as a web comic, but in no way EVER would I watch a cartoon of this.

Okay I would watch it, but it would be HORRIBLE.

Gotham High? Yeah, they were definitely high when they came up with this.
Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Anything with the Joker in it I will watch. I may cringe through it like The Batman, but I watch it.

The only good thing to come out of The Batman was The Batman VS Dracula movie.

Really?  I didn't like that in the least.  The first two Batman/Superman team-up eps were the only thing I could really manage to watch aside from the episodes that introduced Batgirl.

Word. Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes is the WORST. Never heard it referred to as Marvel Babies before, that's an apt burn.

Hahaha. I was waiting to see who would jump on that first.

Honestly, I'm way behind on Avengers, but I do like it. And I can't remember the last time I actually enjoyed the opening song to an American cartoon. When it first started, I was like, "Oh no, this is gonna be totally Fruitsville and I'm gonna feel embarrassed every time I hear it," but then it was awesome and totally show appropriate. The vocals are still pretty wankerish, but the intro gets you pumped for the episode. Kinda like He-Man and Transformers back in the day.

I can't wait to see it blow up and go batshit crazy with cameos and cast additions as time goes by.

I do wish they hadn't with the Wolverine and the X-Men look, but the stories are good. And I'm mainly a story guy. I can't watch something just cause it's pretty...and I also don't discount something just because it doesn't look like I think it should.

I'm really hope they don't shy away from using all the Marvel roster. I don't see any reason why they could. Disney owns them all now, and I don't think there are any other Marvel toons in production at the moment that would conflict with.

I just can't get into Young Justice though. I've tried...it looks great no doubt, but I just can't get into the story of it.

Wait, how many episodes of Young Justice have there been? I've only seen the opening two-parter.

I don't mind the Avengers' animation one bit. It's super-basic and clean, so there's no reason for it to ever get sloppy. So hopefully it won't.

I think they released it as chopped up little webisodes first? But I didn't watch those, so I saw the two-parter where they form the team first, but then they go back to doing solo intro episodes, which kinda bums me out, but it won't take long to get past those.

I think that's all there has been. Better to ask Beck then me. But so far it's not doing it for me...I might give it a few more episodes.

And I don't mind the animation..it does the job. I just wish it could have been a little more flashy. I'm not knocking it though. I'm sure the more simple models allow them churn new episodes a lot faster. As long as it doesn't end up looking like Dr. Katz.

And yeah there was a bunch of webisodes, that then they edited together into like 3 or 4 episodes. They repeat the show a lot too. It's on like 3 times a week and then they have like a marathon ever month and half it seems.

One thing I do like is that I've found myself liking Wasp in this toon. I was never a real big fan of hers in the comics, but for some reason I like her in the show. Although it's a sausage fest in there so I hope Mocking Bird and Ms. Marvel will be joining up soon.

I still need to watch Young Justice.

"Avengers" is Marvel, so they could be stick figures in a flip-book for all I care.

My apologies. I am unsure if this means you would enjoy it no matter what, or that you merely just don't care at all for it no matter what it is.

The latter, though I'm lying. I enjoy Marvel stuff when I can understand it without reading ten years of comics first. Whereas I can't enjoy DC stuff unless it reaches up to its armpit into the depths of continuity.

I read DC and just assume whatever the hell I want happened when they refer to old storylines. The only Marvel books I read are Zombies.

The only thing you guys need to know about Young Justice is that it's produced and written by THE MIGHTY GREG WEISMAN! Who is THE MIGHTY GREG WEISMAN you ask? Not only was he the creator, producer and head writer for Gargoyles, he was a writer for the good seasons of The Batman. He was also one of the masterminds behind Spectacular Spider-Man. So, by default, Young Justice is gonna kick ass!

I remember when they first released the character designs and everyone was all, "Boo! Hiss!"

But I tried to be enthusiastic, I even kind of liked what they did with Joker.

Then I watched the first episode, and it turned out the knee jerk reaction was the correct one after all. And none of the other episodes I attempted to sit through ever changed my mind.

That was also my reaction to Transformers Animated...except no matter how stupid it looked, it couldn't be as stupid as the ten years of drivel that followed Beast Wars. And based on what I've heard people say, it seems that I was right.

But I'm still not watching that ugly mess.
