but what u said doesnt apply to me anyways, i did take care of my comp, with all the university software/anti-virus/firewalls etc etc, still got fucked up. never get an hp

I agree but pretty doesn't help when I actually need it to, like, be functional. That they're cute and look like candy is all they have going for them and frankly it's not enough.

Macs are supposed to be better, more stable, more powerful, and more secure.

Tell it to the guy who had to reinstall the MacOS X on someone's powerbook last week when an install of Itunes erased several imporant system files.

We can end this discussion. I'm buying a ATi 9700, which is overclocked to 9800pro speeds off of my best friend for $60 in January. I'm buying a PC.
