...Superman should be the bitch. In fact, pair him with Flash or Aquaman and he's still the bitch. However, pair him up with a Lantern and the Lantern's always the bitch. No exceptions. Same with Hawkman. Dudes with wings are always the bitch. This is the prime rule of the Nuriverse.

Oh, yeah, so Merl and I Netflixed the fifth season of "The Batman" because I wanted to see the Batman/Supes team-up. My god, that series is fucking terrible. I had found it hard to get into when it was on TV but now seeing the dvds I can say with 100% certainty that it truly is god-awful. The Flash, Green Lantern and Arrow, MM, AND Hawkman were all there too and I was still BORED out of my mind. I don't know what it is about Hawkman but I find him uber-lame! Bring on Hawkgirl, she's where it's at.

I also noticed that unlike the Timm-verse and some of the other shit (S/B Apoc, I'm looking your way), the tension here is clearly between Batman and Green Arrow. Bruce/Ollie slash, oh noes!
