First casualty: Lone Star.

I didn't see this show in the least. I saw the disgusting trashy ad and immediately hated it. Ooh, guy living double life and getting poon and makin' money. Fuck you, brother. I'm glad this failed. Glad.

On the other hand, I don't know how smart it is to greenlight this crap and then can a show after two airings and not even give it a chance to get an audience. Apparently critics liked it or whatever. Marketing fail, methinks.

For me this fall there is the following:
Mataloclypse
Fringe
Caprica
Thursday nights on NBC, but I am not so sure about the newcomer about an Indian help desk run by a white guy with another character who is the guy from The Drew Carey show that was not the lanky one that was on Whose Line is it Anyway, but the other guy.
SNL - If the first episode of the season is any indication, I will only be watching clips on Hulu for most of the season
I will watch the Event, but I will wait until I hear more praise or disgust about it
Maybe I will start watching House again. I have all of the seasons to catch up, so it will probably wait until after I catch up on Eureka.
Childrens Hospital (I think it only has a few episodes left, but I fucking love this show)
I also need to catch up on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Weeds. I forgot about Weeds.

Community and Fringe are my only two must watch shows this season. Dexter and Sym-bionic Titan are maybes. If something good doesn't happen in the next few episodes I'm bailing.Same goes for Caprica and SG Universe. I'm not gonna even bother with The Event and The Undercovers. Smallville can suck a dick and share it with Clone Wars.

I do not watch it, but my room mate does. You seem to know a bit about DC, so the first thing going in is to not expect any character to be the way they are in the comics. Second, expect some bullshit plot points to confuse you. There is some cool stuff that I have seen, like later on when they get the Justice stuff going. You should give it a try and see how you like it.

I tried watching House a couple of years ago because one of my co-workers raved on and on about it. Five minutes was more than enough. Same with Grey's Anatomy. Ugh.

I'm actually tempted to try Desperate Housewives only because Vanessa Williams will be on it. I love her. Except for the fact she's a SAG name thief.

I have to confess I did watch Desperate Housewives in the past but it was because my roommate got all the seasons from Netflix so it was on the tv 24/7. Never liked it, I stay true to my SATC
