I bought these veggie burger patties from HEB (grocer based in SA) and they were fuckin' delish, man. Like, all kinds of shit in 'em and it was like 5 bucks or something for two patties but would so buy again.

I started eating meat on a regular basis again a couple of months ago. Because of carbs or some shit. Honestly, I don't know what the fuck I'm supposed to be eating anymore. I got that problem with Pizza. I've cut back on everything. I'm eating like 95% lean meat, drinking skim milk, gave up soda, hit subway instead of Culuver's for lunch (Don't know if of the rest of you have those)....but by god I still eat Pizza at least once every two weeks.

Cow's milk's full of hormones and pus, dude. And half a cup of skim has, like, 80 cal. I drink 30 cal ~~nut~~ almond milk. Tried rice milk and soy milk, but almond's the best one. Provided you're not allergic and die and shit.

I just started on Skim actually. Went from 2% to 1% to Skim. And Pus done make it taste good...like all pus does.

but I'm not opposed to trying Almond Milk at all, but I'm just working up...or down in this case...to it.

Almond Milk is fucking awesome, and I think also has less carbs. Let me chell. Yep, even sweetened almond milk has somewhere around half the carbs of whole milk.

I had breakfast taquitos from Whataburger, which are not actually taquitos but more of a breakfast taco. They roll them, though, so does that make it a burrito? Food classification is insanity.

Technically, "taquito" is just a small taco. I figured that's what it referred to. And while food classification is surely insanity, there's also the fact that Spanish language and Mexican/Tex-Mex culture--which does operate differently from other Spanish-speaking cultures--are at play here. Wikipedia says the rolled up ones are called taquitos or flautas but in my family we have always called them flautas and never taquitos. And by flauta we referred strictly to the ones in cr0n that are fried in oil. A burrito is usually folded up or enclosed. But fuck a burrito.

And then what makes a small taco a small taco? Especially since everything is oversized in America (especially in Texas)? I propose we just call them all tacos and the huge ones we call "tacos panzónes." And when they're kinda smallish or just plain adorable, they can be taquitos. Or you could just say ¿Qué es esta mierda pequeña? Make sure you shake your fist in the air and throw the taco into the wall. It's a special Mexican-American custom.

So I bought some chia seeds and with some milk, cinnamon and honey they are pretty good. Hardly have any taste (except a bit nutty). Would recommend. Also I think in the US they are pretty cheap right?

Anyways I ordered a burrito the other night from a place that has the best reviews for mexican food (i know i know, mexican food in vietnam, what was i thinking? BUT there is a mexican restaurant here that is AMAZING but I wanted to try something new). So first they take 1 hour to deliver, and finally did and unfortunately they brought me a PORK burrito, while I asked for a steak one. I was so upset and the worst part is that it tasted horribleee, so dry and so much seasoning. Needless to say I left a scathing review in the webpage because no one messes with my burritos.

Will get a burrito from the amazing place today tho. I consider that mouth bleach.

Had a hamburger just the way I like it: on white bread slices with mustard, ketchup, pickle, and cheese. Of course, I grilled it myself, though the meat was actually bought out of a freezer at Sam's Club already patted out and ready to cook. Those things are super convenient and super good.
