I enjoy how some boxed wine is actually rated higher than vintages in bottles with corks.

Believe or not, a 'screwtop' (actually a much more complicated process called a Stelvan cap) is better for the wine.

It's not like I saw them drinking wine and was all "me, too". It was educational about what it takes to make wine, the complexities of it, and how those complexities in production of it, the terrior, etc. can completement the food. It was very interesting.

One day watching a Modern Marvels on blenders. Talking about all the complex parts and how the stainless steel blades are made. What voltage the motor is and before you know it in the hand gos.
