IDE's initial post evokes for me an image of Arnold-Conan sitting in darkness on his throne. Why be that? And why the hell can't I find a decent screencap of that? Is everyone else too lazy to grab one off the DVD like I am?

He could do it if Thor never spoke and just kicked ass, which fits mythical Thor. The Marvel movie is looking eh to me now since they ditched the idea to set it in the fantasy time and end it with him coming into the modern world.

Granted, I don't follow Thor in the least, but a fantasy world thing interests me. Modern world, eh. Here we go, pop culture references, product placement, young/hip/trendy supporting cast. Boo. Nuke it all.
