I've had Milk Chocolate for 25 years of my life. I DEMAND DIFFERENCE! Plus, Botanically, the chocolate bean is related to the chile. The flavors are very complimentary.

Derrick knows his chocolate. The stuff with chilis is amazing.
The endorphins from the chocolate and the capsaicin from the peppers make me forget all my pains and troubles.

I just don't care for saltiness with chocolate. I'm fairly certain I wouldn't like it.

I have and they are good but I prefer the sweetness of Godiva's. Most artisan truffles I've tried use dark chocolate and i hate the flavor of it.

It's not about being unrefined or refined, dark chocolate for me is waaayy too bitter. I'm afraid of trying those bars of 90% cocoa :S
