Halloween 2
« on: Aug 11, 2009, 11:33:40 PM »
I enjoyed Rob Zombie's version much more than the original, and I'm anticipating the sequel. Why they didn't postpone it? I don't know.
I said its hot outside let me go swimming in your eyes;
We been running for awhile. Why don't you lay dow, I'll make you smile.
I could never ask for nothing better than this;
It's just tequila and the beach, it's quite salty when we kiss.

I didn't see "Halloween", but I did see "House of the 1000 Corpses"  and "The Devil's Rejects" and I didn't really enjoy either of them. Love Zombie's music, but I don't think he is a very good director.

I have no real interests in those sorts of movies, so I can't really give an opinion on this.  I do like Zombie's music though.

Zombie's Halloween was surprisingly excellent. His previous films had some interesting aspects, but just didn't feel quite right. I can't believe I'm actually excited about seeing a sequel, but at the same time I'd rather they just leave it alone. I want to say that cheesy horror movies going into endless sequels is a thing of the past, but what are we at Saw 7?
Get a little closer let it fold

"If it's Halloween...it must be SAW!" :rawr:

I dunno I have liked all the Saw movies pretty much, but I haven't seen Halloween yet.
Actually I think the only Halloween movie I've ever seen was Halloween the Curse of Michael Myers, I was 15, I went to see it with Kathleen Kern, some redneck chick who's probably got a million welfare babies by now.  :guitar: <== let's pretend that's a banjo.

I am pleased with reports that this film will explore Laurie Myers realizing that she has the same abilities/psychological makeup as her brother. She can become a terminator, basically, and Michael loves her because of this kinship. Should be the shit.
