Oh, and my flight is Northwest flight #267, tomorrow at 5pm from Dicktroit to Pheonix. If you see that number in the news because these terrorist warnings come true, then at least you'll know why I haven't returned to the board.

I'm here, I've been here since saturday.

I haven't done much, there's not much to do in Pheonix.

Today, at least, I went to a large water park. And even with about a gallon of sunscreen that I applied twice, my pale ass is red now.

Well half red.

my front is still pale. My back is redder than Hellboy.

I blame it on so called 30spf "waterproof" screen that is barely water resistant, and Arizona's non-existant ozone layer.

Tomorrow I might go to a shooting range, paintball (I don't want to go, I hear paintball can be painful), or laser tag. And maybe gameworks.

Here's something that might upset some of you guys. The kids here had a betta fish and when I got here the bowl was dirty and the guy had droopy fins. From what I've read if they're in bowls you have to clean the water often, and none of the kids wanted to take responsibility (they're all lazy). So finally the youngest (

, with help from her daddy, cleaned it up.

Good thing too, if no one else did, I would have cleaned it out, and taken a new pet home.

My betta actually lived for 3 years, however I found it very odd that one morning I fed him before work and in the afternoon when I got home he was cut into two pieces. I don't suspect anyone else in the house could have done it because they were in Florida at the time.

He rammed the filter? Owww. We had a problem with a new filter in our aquarium that was way too strong for the tank size. It said on the box "for up to 10 gallons," but it ate a little more than half our fish when it was on its lowest setting. It was only in the tank for about a day and a half before we had to take it out and let the remaining fishies (and crab) catch their breath. The tank was nasty, too , because it had stirred up all the fish poop the old filter wasn't picking up.

Certainly ain't food rot. If he didn't show any signs of fin rot or anything, your geuss is probally as likely as any. Maybe there was a really sharp pebble.
