I hate to eat at those chain restaurants. Most of the food is frozen and heated up in the microwave. It's even worse when you realize you're eating a frozen pizza from PizzaHut.

I used to work at The Hut.  I think we used frozen dough for one type of crust (maybe, I could be wrong), but that was it. The pie was made by yours truly.  Cheese was like jewgold to those tightwads.  Like they monitored if we were using too much by checking the sales to bags of cheese used ratio.
